In the coming years, millions of high-tech manufacturing jobs will need to be filled, which gives high school students an incomparable opportunity to enter a high-paying, rewarding career in the industry.
Your child will exit our program with the experience and resources they need to find a high-paying, fulfilling career in the industry. We provide students with a post-graduation career track and the resources to pursue that path.
TMA's BeNext is the perfect fit for high schools that don't have the training facilities needed for students looking for high-tech career pathways. We have developed a cost-effective, flexible program that will meet your unique needs.
Over the next decade, it is estimated that nearly 3.5 million manufacturing jobs will be needed, with 2 million of the jobs going unfilled due to the skills gap. Students who have completed BeNext will be ready to make an impact in your company.
We help high schools provide their students opportunities to experience today’s manufacturing and learn skills such as industry math, blueprint reading, CNC and precision measurement reading in a hands-on environment.
In today’s challenging fiscal environment for education, many schools do not have the resources to provide these opportunities to their students. Some do not have the necessary equipment or curriculum, and others no longer have the budget to afford the salary for a credentialed instructor. Some schools have STEM programming, but those are typically college-tracked engineering programs, not machinist, mold making, or tool & die training.
TMA’s BeNext Program is different. We are an Illinois Board of Higher Education-approved training provider. At our state-of-the-art training facility, we provide hands-on and classroom training with industry-expert instructors who average nearly 20 years of experience. Through the variety of trainings we offer, we provide students a post-graduation career track and the resources to pursue that path. Because we are industry-driven and credentialed, our training programs were developed by the manufacturers who know exactly what skills their future employees need, and we provide direct access to those employers.
